"Bottom line, up front: We saved money across the board and had a great customer experience. Around the same time we wanted to shop for new, consolidated insurance policies, Andrew Cambria and his team decided to support our child's 5K fundraiser by both sponsoring AND all showing up (with family) to the event. We went to their Cicero office (as it's closer to us than their Camillus office) and met with Joe Pirro. We gave him our laundry list of items we wanted insured: Home, 2 Auto, 2 RVs, and 2 Golf Carts. As Andrew's team was a great neighbor [get it!? :) ]supporting our charity event, we were willing to possibly go up 10% on cost, if needed. Here's how it worked out: 1. Home (switched from Bay State) - 5% savings with significant higher coverages 2. Auto (switched from Progressive) - a couple dollars a month but slightly higher coverages with the potential to save even more once we do the safe driving course and even more once we install our Safe Driver beacon things! 3. RVs (switched from Progressive)- 10% savings 4. Golf Carts - new policies - cost ~$85/year each In summary: - $$ Savings across the board - Phenomenal customer experience with Joe Pirro - Truly were GREAT neighbors, even though we had ZERO affiliation Thank you SO much to Andrew and your entire team!"
